WHOLEMEAL AND WHITE SANDWICH BREAD

This is my white sandwich loaf. It also can be of wholemeal too.
My bread DO NOT CONSIST ANY PRESERVATIVE. InsyaAllah can last up to 4 days.
I have orders from my colleague, my hubby's office and my brother's cafe. The supply is on Monday,Wednesday and Friday.
At this moment I do the slices as well on request. Not with machine.Can't afford yet.

The sizes that I have :

a) small : 7" x 4"
b) large : 10" x 4 3/4"
c) jumbo : 12" x 5"

Now my family will always have a freshly baked bread without any preservative. If Allah permits. InsyaAllah.

CAKE DECORATION

At home doing my frosting for the class on that day.

This is my First cake decoration class assignment. Still need more practice on the lettering.

Panettone

Panettone is a sweet bun of bread family. It has 3 flavours of vanilla,orange and lemon with raisins and red cherries. It is very tasty and simple. One of the Meditteranean range of bread.Most Importantly is that my bread DO NOT CONSIST OF ANY PRESERVATIVE.

This is for 50s' panettone packaging.

This is individually pack.

Saiz available is as belows:

a) small cup : 4.5cm dia. x 4.5cm ht.
b) large cup : 7cm dia. x 6.5cm ht.

Baked Cheese Cake with fresh cream frosting and buttercream
decoration.

This is plain baked cheese cake without any topping or decoration. Usually I top with blueberry. ( tak sempat nak ambil gambar yang dah ada topping). Next time.

a) 1 recipe : 9" x 2" diameter
b) 1/2 recipe : 7" x 2" diameter
