Bread new setting

It's Chocolate Weekend

Last week got my order to do the chocolate. I've got to make 3 1/2 Kilos of fine chocolate. My..my...it is a large amount for a first timer. I used up my saturday evening and the whole day of my sunday. It is very back breaking but the result is very satisfying. Have a look at my post. Thanks to Jamal, Rahman, Wafaf, Rohana & Pn.Mona.

Wholemeal Bread & White Sandwich loaf

Today I delivered 4 white sandwich loaves and 2 wholemeal bread. Thanks to Norsiah, Nora, Junainah, Norhayati & Salleh. Rosliza ordered French Baguette but it doesn't turn out right. It needs a special tray for it. Have to postpone.

Sandwich Loaf and Chocolates

Yesterday manage to bake 4 loaves of white sandwich bread. It turns out nice and by now I know how to adjust my oven accordingly. I thank Radzillah, Norkhayati, Norhayati & Rosliza.

I also manage to attemp to do the chocolate. So I did for my mum-in-law as well as to let my colleague to try it. They like it and I have my first order of chocolate. About 3 1/2 kilos for a start.
