My Third Order & First Order of Chocolate

Today I got my third order for Wholemeal Bread, thanks to Zubaidah & Mohd.Salleh. I'm so excited. Alhamdulillah. Mudah-mudahan ianya akan berpanjangan.
Last night at my mum-in-laws BBQ Dinner she asked me to do Chocolate for her. I'm scared but excited. We just have to wait and see. I'll post the picture later on.

Freshly Bake Bread

TodayI bake 4 loaves of wholemeal bread and 28 pieces of Panettone ( a kind of sweet bread or bun). It took me almost the whole day. This is because I only got a small oven. I started around 11am and finish off at about 4pm. Masyaallah.
The breads are for my colleague and the Panettone is to bring over to my mum-in-law's place. She invited us for BBQ dinner tonight so thought of bringing something.

My First Order

I'm excited as well as scared to take my first order of Wholemeal Bread. I pray to Allah hope it will turn out right........Insyaallah. Thanks to Radzillah, Rosliza, Isna and Norkhayati for making the order. They are my colleague. Thank you for your support.

Wholemeal Bread

Yesterday did my wholemeal bread for the family. Now I hardly buy bread.

Fine Chocolate Creation

I did not stop there, I was being introduce into Fine Chocolate Making. We are so
enthusiastic to learn but it is a tough one.



I do take orders for any occasion.

Baking Class

Middle of April I signed up for Certificate of Baking Class. The duration of this class is for 2 months. It's a hands-on education. We do learned about theory also. Most of my classmate have the intention of doing business, some are already into the business, some just to learn for knowledge and some are for retirement time like myself. I love baking.

So we are being exposed to the correct way of doing.
i) Bread Making
ii) Pastry Making
iii) Cake Making.
Among the three module, I love very much the Bread Making and Cake Making.
Now I made bread for the family. It is nicer, cleaner and healthier.
I'll show the photos that I took for all catogories.
i) Bread Making

Beside the bread, I also learned how to make sweet buns. It is very interesting.

ii) Pastry ( Puff and Sweet Pastry)
In pastry I need to explore more especially in doing the puff but I'll show a few that I did. In this module I like most is doing the croissant and danish. My family love this.


Last but not least is the :-
iii) Cake Making
This is the module that make me sign up for the class. I'm not good in cakes but now I'm more confident in cakes. As you know cakes are very sensitive so I make sure to be focus in learning it. I love most of the cakes that we have learned so as my husband. We also learned how to do cake decoration. Not complicated ones just basic. I intend to go for more advance in cake decoration.

Beside this cake we also make muffins, cheese cake, sponge cake and chiffon cake.
At this moment I already have my first order from my Sister-in-law for Raya Celebration. She ordered 2 Dundee Fruit Cake and 2 Chocolate Fudge Cake. I pray hard it will turn out nice.
